MIRIAM’S DAUGHTERS, Evelyn Golden
A note from the artist: A flowing line carries six of Miriam's daughters from a weeping willow rooted at Miriam's well to the youngest girl bounding off the bottom right. Five play tambourines; one lifts a Torah in joyful celebration. Gold inlays highlight the roots, flowing line, and instruments. The Hebrew words of L'dor V'dor frame the piece.
